PEAR TREE HOUSE

This project – to be created from the ground up – will provide a very fine 6000 sq.ft. Georgian-style residence in an area of approximately one acre.

Eventus has worked with the client since day one and the task is a full turnkey operation: it includes all stages from initial architect design concepts and planning permission through to the tender process, managing the contract build, provision of all services, and completion and final handover.
